I’m Lucas.
I’m a registered social worker and psychotherapist. I work with individuals and couples.
I’ll listen, ask questions, and tell you what I’m noticing. If I’ve misunderstood something, I want you to tell me.
I’m interested in what’s happening now and how you got here. That might take us back to earlier experiences, or we might spend the session on something that happened this week. We don’t have to rush to make sense of it.

Often about something small that turns out to matter more than it first seemed. An argument over the dishes. Something a parent says. The things we notice, and the things we miss.
